Meditation, Mindfulness, Spiritual Coaching, & Energy Healing
Supporting people in living a conscious life is deeply important to me. Some may call this a spiritual life, but I define spirituality as an awareness that we are all part of something bigger. From a young age, I was drawn to practices like meditation, yoga, energy healing, and scientific astrology. As I grew in my own awareness, I journeyed through the Himalayas and visited places of intense vibration. These experiences helped me realize that there is so much more to life than what we see on the surface.
For me, this realization is what I call living with soul consciousness, and it’s something I believe everyone can bring into their lives to lead more fulfilling, meaningful lives.
One of my favorite quotes comes from the Buddha: “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.” We all experience pain, but we don’t all have to suffer. Suffering is tied to our perception, and, as Wayne Dyer said in his book Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life, shifting our perspective is the key to navigating life’s challenges with greater ease.
In essence, I love supporting people who are going through challenges and helping them see things differently so they can move forward. Whether it’s finding a meditation practice, managing emotions, practicing yoga, journaling, or energy healing, I am here to support you on this journey.
